We took a day trip to Dupont State Forest and hiked the trails to view some beautiful waterfalls. We first visited Hooker Falls, then crossed the bridge to Triple Falls. Fun Fact: some of the most iconic scenes from the Hunger Games were actually filmed here, such as when Katniss finds a wounded Peeta camouflaged among the rocks. Cool huh? I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this place, it is a beautiful hike and the waterfalls are so peaceful. Pack a picnic and relax on a flat rock at the foot of the falls, it will put everything in your life into perspective. Trust me.
